Service requests
New Rise Home Services Inc. DBA NewRise Heating & Cooling collects the information you submit when you request service or an estimate. This may include your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, street address, service needs, and preferred contact method. We use it to respond to your request and coordinate service.
Website requests are sent to Housecall Pro, which NewRise uses to manage customer inquiries. Your request includes your contact permission, the page used to submit it, and available campaign source information. Sending a request does not book an appointment or confirm a price.
Calls and text messages
Call and text buttons open your phone or messaging app. If you ask us to text about your request, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Service-contact permission on this website does not enroll you in a marketing subscription.
Optional analytics
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and actions such as selecting a call or booking link and submitting a request. Our configured events do not include your contact fields or message. You can allow or decline analytics and change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer.
Browser storage and website operation
We store your analytics preference in your browser. During your browser session, we also retain limited campaign information and a request reference to help recover a submission receipt without sending the same request again. Contact fields are not saved in browser storage. Hosting and service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, to operate the site and limit abusive requests.
External services
Online booking opens Housecall Pro. Financing opens OPTIMUS. Maps and review links open Google. Those services operate under their own privacy policies. Review their notices before submitting information.
