In 2017, we started NewRise Heating and Cooling with a simple mission: to bring honesty, care, and quality back to the HVAC industry. We didn’t have much, just a few tools, a lot of passion, and a deep commitment to doing things the right way. We started small, helping friends, neighbors, and local families with their heating and cooling needs. Word spread quickly because people could see the difference.

We didn’t just fix systems. We listened. We treated every home like it was our own. And we made a promise: we would always put people before profits.

Fredy is originally from Sonora, Mexico, but was raised in the Dallas, TX. He graduated from Molina High School. He was introduced to the HVAC industry by His father who was an installer and a technician for many years. Later on he decided to follow his fathers footsteps and went to HVAC Zone Trade School and started as an apprentice with NewRise Heating and Cooling and here we are today. He loves spending time with his family and going hiking. He is also a lover of food!

Amir leads NewRise Heating & Cooling with a purpose and mission of providing comfort to families like his. As a father and husband, he knows the importance of having a comfortable home. For this reason, he is dedicated to providing homes in the DFW area with the best services at an affordable price. Amir enjoys watching The Dallas Cowboys, barbecues with his family, and traveling in his off time!

Clark grew up in Mansfield, TX and graduated from Summit High School. He has spent 9 years in the industry. He got his start in HVAC by scheduling sales calls and purchasing equipment and has since managed distribution centers, engineered custom installs, and been involved in start-ups across the DFW. He names his dogs after The Dallas Cowboys players 🐶.

Amy is NewRise's dedicated snack manager. She plays a vital role in ensuring that the President provides tasty snacks to the office (when she visits). Amy takes her role seriously, and is always researching new and revolutionary snacks when accompanying Amir on Costco and gas station runs.
